Passing grades do not automatically mean a child does not need an evaluation. Look beyond grades at progress, classroom performance, assessments, work samples, behavior, communication, attendance, and how much support your child requires to succeed.
The important question is whether your child may have a disability and, because of that disability, may need special education and related services.
The free Progress Check uses the numbers from the IEP and the progress reports to show whether the gap is closing.
